🍪 Shortbread Cookies

📋 Ingredients

• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup butter, softened
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 cups chocolate chips or nuts

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets
2. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy
3. Beat in eggs and vanilla
4. Mix flour, baking soda, salt separately
5. Combine wet and dry ingredients
6. Stir in chocolate chips or nuts
7. Drop dough onto sheets
8. Bake 25 min until golden
9. Cool and enjoy!
